YZ / YA Circular Screens, PCD Fine Crushers & Related Equipment
The YA-1848 belongs to the Auxiliary & Specialised Equipment from New Shanbao. This group covers the specialised machines on a crushing and screening line beyond the main crushers — circular vibrating screens, high-efficiency fine crushers and similar units — which handle classification, fine crushing and recirculating-load control.
This model is supplied with motor; electrical control not included, with a motor power of TBC. It combines with jaw, cone, impact and VSI crushers plus feeders and conveyors to form a complete aggregate or ore-dressing crushing and screening plant.
In a turnkey project, the choice of auxiliary equipment often decides the real utilisation of the line. Whether screening area is sufficient, whether fine and coarse stages match in capacity and whether recirculating load stays in a sensible band matter more to the bottom line than individual machine ratings.
This group spans several working principles: circular vibrating screens use eccentric excitation to generate a circular throw and classify material, while high-efficiency fine crushers use high-speed hammers or rolls to impact and shear material for fine crushing and shaping.
Whatever the principle, these machines share one role in the line: to bridge stages — splitting the product of the previous crusher by size, returning oversize for re-crushing and sending the finished fractions to the stockpile. Recirculating load and circulating load ratio in the process layout are the key indicators of whether the selection is right.
Because plant throughput is set by the weakest link. Insufficient screening area lets coarse material into the product and inflates recirculating load; an undersized fine-crushing stage leaves upstream machines idling; insufficient conveying capacity causes stockpiling and stoppages. Many projects where 'the crushers are fine but output is low' trace back to auxiliary equipment.
Work stage by stage from the actual material split: the primary stage at run-of-mine tonnage, the secondary at the fraction of undersize that needs further crushing, the tertiary at the recirculating load. Allow for moisture, crushability and operating regime (hours per day). Designing at about 80% of nominal capacity avoids falling short once in production.
